          ภาพบรรยากาศภายในงานสัมมนา "ทักษะการสร้างนวัตกรรมอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพด้วยเทคนิคการสกัดสารด้วยของไหลวิกฤตยิ่งยวด (Supercritical Fluid Extraction)" โดยศูนย์บริการธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร (Agro-Biz) สนับสนุนโดย อุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ (CMU STeP) เมื่อวันที่ 20-24 มิ.ย. 65 ที่ผ่านมา เพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับสมุนไพรไทย ให้สามารถผลิตสารสกัดได้คุณภาพสูง และเพิ่มมูลค่ารวมถึงคุณประโยชน์จากสารสกัดมากขึ้น

          These are the photos of the seminar “Skills of Creating Innovation for Healthy Food with Supercritical Fluid Extraction Technique” by Agro-Industrial Business Service Center (Agro-Biz), supported by Science and Technology Park, Chiang Mai University (CMU STeP) during 20-24 June 2022 to increase the values of Thai herbs and produce extracts in high quality.
