Below are the photos of our installation, demonstration and training of “Vacuum Coating System” of the brand AdnanoTek from Taiwan done at Office of Atoms for Peace during 8-11 November 2022. A Sputtering PVD is a process that requires a principle by accelerating electron under a magnetic field to have higher energy until the electron bombards atom particles having electric charges. When energy transfer occurs, the charges of atom particles ionize to be positive charges and are accelerated to bombard the atom target near cathode causing that the atom target runs and deposit on substrate surface. Most particle charges are the ion of Argon because its condition is inert gas which is non-reactive with the atom target.
